Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund.

• We offer free returns within the contiguous US. International customers are responsible for return costs.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of order ship date.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable and with original uncut tags.
• Altered apparel, special orders, items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
• Santorelli reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
